35 E 21st is in between Broadway and Park Ave. It has an interesting and dynamic history as a former nightclub, cabaret, and headquarters for Tumblr.Surrounded by Fantastic restaurants, a plethora of fitness centers, offices to some of the biggest companies in the city, 35 E21st falls in the Flatiron neighborhood where pedestrians outnumber cars 18:1. There’s park space and bike paths galore, dubbing it the 6th most walkable area in NYC. It also has a transit score of 100% thanks to its reliable bus and subway lines.
